Meet The Team
Preston Luce
Owner
Preston Luce is the Founder of our Dawn Treader Crew companies. He is a Christ-following husband, loving dad, and entrepreneur.
Our journey began as a mission to build and provide housing, inspired by the message of Isaiah 58. This chapter calls us to share with those in need and let our light shine by living with compassion and integrity. Just as Isaiah 58 encourages us to be “a light that breaks forth like the dawn,” we strive to bring hope and restoration to individuals and communities through every home we build.
The crew of Dawn Treader now includes a construction, development, and real estate investment company. Preston Luce and his wife Lauren share a bold vision for Dawn Treader as they work to unite the hundreds of hands and minds needed to turn their clients' dreams into reality. At the core of our beliefs is the conviction that if you do the right thing, your light will shine forth like the dawn.
Christi-an Hansley
Community & Field Support
Christi-an is our reliable boots on the ground, bringing energy and care to everything she does. From community outreach and subcontractor support to handling on-site needs, she steps in wherever she’s needed. Known for her willingness to help, positive attitude, and contagious smile, Christi-an not only gets the job done but makes the process enjoyable for everyone around her.
Caleb Williams
Acquisitions & Project Coordinator
Caleb plays a key role in keeping our projects moving forward. With a focus on land acquisitions, deal analysis, and project coordination, he helps identify opportunities, manage details, and ensure smooth communication between our team, partners, and clients.
He brings strong organizational skills, integrity, and a willingness to learn — making him an essential part of the day-to-day operations that support our mission of creating lasting value in every property we touch.
When he’s not digging into property research or coordinating next steps, Caleb enjoys connecting with people and growing his knowledge of real estate development.
